You can view your current course compliance status in Degreeworks and overall TAP eligibility in FACTS. In addition to course compliance, you must meet Academic Progress/Program Pursuit requirements in order to receive TAP. For more information please review the TAP Reference Guide and TAP FAQs

Items required to submit the TAP Compliance request:

• CUNYfirst EMPLID

• Electronic copy of your FACTS or Degreeworks audit with the correct major/minor

  • Links to FACTS and Degreeworks to view your course compliance status

• Need to update your major and/or minor after reviewing your Degreeworks audit and your FACTS accounts?

  • Intended Major Form

  • Declaration of Minor or College Option Capstone

• Baruch username and password (used to login to this form)

Please do not fill out this form if:

• Your courses are compliant on Degreeworks/FACTS

  • Contact the Bursar’s Office regarding all other TAP qualifying factors

• You updated your major/minor within the last two weeks

  • Wait for Degreeworks/FACTS to reflect the changes. If your courses still appear as non-compliant you may submit this form for review

• Your transfer evaluation is incomplete

  • Contact the Transfer Center for more information
